This year, when I considered the typical question: what about where we go on vacation? all I knew was I wanted to see the sun and feel the relaxation and tranquility that I have not been able to enjoy the last few months (both times tiring trip, though it may seem a lie!). And after touring a couple of routes around the map and a few more for the network, here we are in the small agriturismi of Salta, in the municipality Sardinian Santa Teresa di Gallura, a region of bohemians, artists and pirates on the end more northwest of the Italian island of Sardinia. The temperature is warm, and the scent of maquis and olive trees permeates the air we breathe, from inside the mountain and jara Sardinian myrtle, with which they manufacture some of the soaps and spirits of the island, even the familiar scent Mediterráneo.Es sea salt to my favorite moment on the beach. The time witch sunset. The most magical moment, where the sky meets the sea. The beach of Rena slowly Maggiore has been left alone and only hear the rolling waves, gently touching the golden sands and gently breaking the steep cliffs overlooking the sea. This is even more magical, and my camera captures the latest snapshots while gradually off the light on the horizon in the distance begins to hear the first song of the crickets and agriturismi nocturnos.Saltara in Sardinia
The night is colored stars, a clean and clear sky which clearly contemplates the Milky Way and, if we look a little more closely, a huge shower of shooting stars we asked all the desires that we have yet to meet. From our privileged accommodation in Salta, a wooden bungalow in the forest of oaks and eucalyptus trees, hear the quiet arrival of the night from the hammock tied to the trunks of two trees stand, my body rocks gently reading the chronicles of Elio Vittorini , Sicilian writer delightfully recounts his journey to Sardinia as a child. One of the gems I found in my favorite bookstore in Madrid before the journey and whose company I enjoy so greatly during this trip so improvised and yet encouraging. Food for the body and the alma.Cerdena: sea, sun, wind and rocks in the Mediterranean Sea
Sea, sun, wind and rocks are the four elements that define Sardinia. The island could live without any of them, and yet lives for four. A transparent turquoise water and washes the coves of the story, preserving treasures like the blue and red coral or trace elements that provide the color pink sand beach on the island of Rosa Budelli, one of the most protected and best preserved the archipelago of Maddalena. A sun that shines 300 days a year and lights, one by one, all those wonderful white sand beaches and clear water, which are a tourist attraction but do not accept anyone. The relentless wind blowing, giving encouragement to the hundreds of sailboats and luxury yachts that moor in the famous Costa Smeralda and sail towards the coast north wildest reaches Santa Teresa di Gallura. And finally, rocks, steep on the sea, a beautiful and inspiring ways the more than 7,000 nuraghis that populate the island, Capo Testa moonscape and the spectacular Grotte di Nettuno at Capo Caccia. Its sunsets, from the viewpoint of the ‘Inferno, any breath left.
