But well, in summer the Lake Balaton is the capital of tourism, especially family and youth.
The hot season is from June to late August and the temperature of the water seems ideal. 25 º C! So many people sunbathing and swimming. The beaches are not sandy but mostly grass and rocks, very few have sand that seems to come from the lake bottom so some resort have artificial beaches.
